Illuminated Initials: | 3-line illuminated gold lombard initials on parti-coloured blue and rose ground which follows shape of letter to some extent, with white highlighting, and black-stemmed sprays of green leaf-buds, gold wheat heads and gold trefoils. |
Paragraph Marks: | Alternating blue and red paraphs, the blue with red penwork and the red with brown penwork forming square around paraph. Rubric headings are preceded by blue paraphs with red penwork; text-ink notes as to chapter in margins also preceded by paraphs with penwork alternating as in text. |
